Product Advisor

Sales Department -- Full-Time 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Product Advisor ensures vehicle sales by providing personalized advisory service, identifying customer needs, and guiding them throughout the entire buying process.

  • Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Listen to customer needs and advise them on the most suitable Toyota vehicles, including hybrid and electric models.
  • Present features, technologies, and benefits of Toyota vehicles.
  • Accompany customers through every step of their purchase, from test drive to vehicle delivery.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers to maintain high satisfaction rates and build long-term loyalty.
  • Stay updated on Toyota products, features, and current promotions.
  • Participate in promotional activities, vehicle launches, and dealership events.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (automotive industry experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong interest in automotive technology, especially electric and hybrid models.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships, strong teamwork, self-motivation, and autonomy.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Merlin sales software and proficiency with digital tools (an asset).
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Compensation: Salary up to $100,000/year, including performance bonuses.
