Reporting to the Sales Director, the Product Advisor handles vehicle sales by providing personalized advisory service, identifying customer needs, and supporting them throughout the purchasing process.

  • Guide customers through all stages of their purchase, from test drives to vehicle delivery.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to offer tailored financial solutions.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up to date on products, specifications, and current promotional offers.
  • Participate in promotional activities, vehicle launches, and dealership events.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (automotive sales experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong interest in automotive technologies, particularly electric and hybrid models.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships, strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and autonomy.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Proficiency with Merlin sales software and computer literacy (an asset).

Customer Follow-Up (70%):
